Contact: Captain Jim Sharp 207-596-0200 A program of the Sail, Power, and Steam Museum, the Center provides sailing classes for youth; private lessons for adults and youth; unique and intimate day sails for up to 6 people (visit are lighthouses or haul lobster traps as they used to do, under sail, in the "good old days;" charter historic vessels for an afternoon or full-day on your own. USCG licensed instructors and captains. |

We offer school groups the opportunity to row under the guidance of an experienced coxswain. |

Reflexology is based on the theory that distinct points on the feet and hands correspond to specific organs in the body. Stimulating these points can have a beneficial effect, improving general health. Reflexology is the use of precision pressure movements, allowing the whole body to relax and de-stress, bringing it back into balance, improving circulation, improving lymphatic drainage, restoring and gently nudging the body’s natural equilibrium which in turn encourages healing and supports wellness. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing experience, suitable for children and adults of all ages. Pressure and duration is tailored to meet individual client needs.
